IRUÑA GRUPO and its affiliates have a staff of 400 skilled employees, of which 20% hold a post-secondary diploma or degree. 230 work in IC Construcción (Navarre), 70 in MC Construcción (Alava) and 50 in DC Construcción (Guipuzcoa). To a lesser extent, the group also has its own personnel in RC Construcción (La Rioja), ACyonex Construcción (Saragossa), IC Polska (Poland), and in the companies Bambaluna and Auna (Navarre).
